3D VIRTUAL TOUR

We use cutting edge technology to capture spaces in 3D so you can offer an immersive and interactive showcasing experience for your clients online. They don't even need to leave their homes! It's the most realistic way to experience a property online and provides a 24/7 open door.

Stage your property so it appears exactly as you want it in your photography and your marketing campaigns. Add the virtual tour to your website and your social media pages.

GOOGLE STREET VIEW*

Our 3D virtual tour technology is compatible with Google Maps and enables you to embed your space into Google Street View. When a user is virtually exploring your neighborhood in Google Maps, they will be able to seamlessly walk right in and visit your business - bringing your business increased visibility.

*Not available for private residence properties

SCHEMATIC FLOOR PLANS

While buyers and sellers are wowed by the immersive virtual tour, many still expect traditional marketing methods like floor plans. We provide high quality black and white scale drawings to showcase the layout of your property. 2D Schematic Floor Plans can supplement the 3D virtual tours by allowing a more in-depth exploration of your property's dimensions. Each floor plan includes individual room labels and measurements.

Delivered in a zip file that includes a PNG and PDF. Schematic Floor Plans are accurate to 1 to 2% of reality. Floor plans are also great for offline use.

PROPERTY MODEL

Combined 3D depth data with 2D visual data to create a textured 3D mesh that is provided as an OBJ file. A sample of the OBJ model can be found in the "Dollhouse View" of the property's 3D Showcase.

To open we recommend Maya, 3D Studio Max, or Meshlab. For Maya, you may need to convert the OBJ into an FBX file. If you prefer SketchUp you will need a plug-in to import OBJ objects.

Our OBJ files have a scale of 1 unit = 1 meter. You may need to update the scale in your 3D software or rescale the model after loading.
